Server lag thread

It seems I have a different issue... my ping shows low, around 36 but in game I am delayed... Is like i press the button and some ms after the action is done... is really difficult to play good like this... of course my score reflects it when I go from the first positions to the last in several maps I normally get good scores... yesterday was like that for quite a while, in Goliath and goatswood winter for example I had so much delay I couldn't hit anyone in the first 2 rounds!... It seems to improve when either I quit UT and come again in and when I change my name....
any suggestions?

Was there something wrong in server 1 yesterday? .. was unplayable, I had lag since the start and the delay and in Businesshall map got so bad that you could see the frames pausing and going.... also sound glitching... I just quit and went to invasion server... some 30 mins after, pupimassa came to the inv server and said the server 1 was "haxed", so I suppose it continued for a while...
Any reason why this is happening? Is not the first time..

Spain, no problem with pc lag, it's the server lag the big problem S:
