And if anyone is avoiding W10 purely because of privacy issues (tin-foil hat alert!) you'll be pleased to know that some/all of the extra data slurping has already been backported and quietly rolled out to W7 and W8, in amongst the recent "register for W10" updates.

? use the system it was built on?
win XP MAC os 10 linux (dont know #)
havent had any trouble in 10 years
but slow isp now is my trouble

To get back on this.

I have these updates, not installed, under "optional updates" With this I also have "Receive recommended updates the same way you receive important updates" disabled ^^

Offline racing doesn't seem to work on Win 10

A copied UT folder on a win 10 laptop doesn't let you run offline racing (Vehicles don't rezz)

Since I noticed that 1st post is a mess, I'll write it here:

You should be using the THIRD tip of the first post, and ignore the other two. If you already are using the converter, I imagine windows 10 doesn't have anything to do with your problem.
