PhpBB Is it possible to upgrade?

Can the forum be upgraded to this version?
Maybe that would solve the problems.
-music post ( currently error)
-Access the signature function (currently error)
This new version would definitely solve the problems

I always get this message on a musical thread

I want to upload a picture as a signature

Videos work properly for me. About signnature bug is pretty popular and I'm not sure its cuz outdated version. Anyway we pay attention to updates and and apply them from time to time

I also have the problem to read videos, but I suppose it's a country restriction applied by youtube. If you click on the button to watch it directly on youtube, it works.
