How about getting back to the roots: DodgeBall and UnrealOpen as a "sports server"?
I myself do not like iCTF with vehicles honestly, that just doesn't fit. In certain AS map(s), or I should rather say, OLDZ map(s) (need to put the right version of Pyra to OLDZ, coz next time OLDZ is on, my ass is back in CZ ), there is SSR just to own and troll the attackers.

We can dump Chaos DM and Chaos TDM, but Duel does remain popular among mod enthusiasts, who generally cross-gametype because of the low individual population of each mod.
The only problem is the delisting / dev mode bug. I'd wager that the mod server would have run just fine as is if that were fixed, it delists after about 6 games of play.
