I just want to know where have I gone with my skill level since I last played regularly, about 3 months ago. I don't really mind others seeing it here. I usually rank around the second third of the team score when the server is full. On smaller games I sometimes find myself at the top three (depends who's playing).

The skill values aren't correct from what I can see, both the raw and the weighted values appear to be adjusted for inactivity per a bug report Izumo posted. I couldn't give you the real value if I wanted to.
