Not at all. Adrenaline would be stupid IMO. Really good players can "easily" get Holy Shit on a 20 slots server, which would bring 100% adrenaline quickly. Even on a 10ish slots server one easily get hundreds of kills in 20 mins.
I don't know how many kills your need to get 100% ad. (& I guess that it can be changed) but it wouldn't be a great idea.

Good players like iRobot or Aapchen (or some others assuming that regular players would play) would spend half of the map invisible (at least on small maps like bloxeh or most of the top 15 legend's map).

There will be no adrenaline, then.

Invisible is a lame, unbalanced combo in all modes, btw.

You could add BR to the CTF server,it's almost the same gametype

hmm invis is bs in iVCTF, iCTF and CTF i prefer Speed and Berserk. Hoooow about disable invis?

If you're going to get rid of invisible, then that just leaves booster (which is completely useless for instagib), berserk and, speed. Might as well just play without adrenaline. Honestly you're probably a shitter if you rely on combos.

Actually the two iCTF suitable combos are invisible and speed if there are open maps with low gravity (no trans, team boosting).

Other setup is legend style - normal grav, no adrenaline, relatively small maps (oftenly visually crappy), no team boosting.

I would most like iVCTF with Speed,Berserk. Adrenaline is what i like on ut2k4 with instagib its just 1 hit and you die so combos there are not as strong as in normal CTF. Also iCTF/iVCTF dont have shieldgun, so skilled trial players wont capture flag in 15 secs .
