I agree, trials maps are not really the place for those.

Also Admin Venom has EMP I believe

I couldn't agree more! I didn't mean to wright it in a way that it was a permanent change. In fact I was praying and hoping someone was going to say no.

Lets face it.

This map is made using nitro vehicles in mind(at least the last two objs). So the only way for you guys to get what you want. Is to petition for a trials server that has basic trial mods of the current that allow people to complete objs on there own time frame.

I highly doubt this is going to happen. Garage teamwork is the closest thing you will get from me to try and meet this unreachable goal.

I'm more in favor of letting it stay the way it is. Can we please drop this request and make realistic request? Like an emp raptor. Lets make this happen!

I actually think that having an emp raptor just might make a little bit of Irobot's request be met. Giving enemy a chance to slow down cars that are in the lead giving there team a chance.


Edit: DM map that I have in mind is either Cheops or grendelkeep

I have Fixed the following:
-Exploits
-Split obj 1 and obj 2 into there own designated areas (you can not just drive on from obj 1 you will have to go back to base to get to path 2. Obj 2 has been rotated/turns reversed from original directions to make it fit in a confined space. No trial elements have been removed with the exception of just one / platform out of the /////// jumps right before the rainbow half pipe. Had to do this cause I needed just a little more space to make it fit. Overall the path has all the trial aspects left alone. It just got repositioned and rotated to fit. Its going to be a bit disorienting to do it the first time but I like it.

New Idea: With this obj 1 and obj 2 fix. I will be willing to allow both these objs to be open at start. So you can do either obj 1 or two at any time. Once obj 1 and 2 are completed you can then have access to obj 3 and 4. So you can do those objs in what ever sequence you want. I will set obj 1 and 2 to be blocked off once they have both been completed forcing people to do either 3 or 4.

Once 3 and 4 have been completed I will add a final obj at the bottom of spawn landing zone to end map. Or just have a time delay after both 3 and 4 have been completed and set an end camera to go flying around the level. As having a free obj is kinda lame.

Is this acceptable? With this idea the map time will be dropped to just 20 min instead or this also gives me the flexibility to consider reducing the roundtime limit to just 10 min with adding 5 min per objective being completed.

Fog is slightly mismatching skybox (if that is still there) :p

I like the idea of a 5th mini objective. Reminds me of Derby's last one. Something similar would be great as a finisher.

I wasn't really thinking of a mini objective. I was more or less thinking just a last obj at the bottom of spawn to end map. But a mini obj for it would make it worth while. I'll mess with the idea and see what I can come up with. Maybe I'll add fireworks for the end game. (Copy paste from warmachines lol)

Map: RACE-ScorpionCoaster[E1][REV]

Change log:
+Overall
-Exploit fixes
-DM-Cheops added (used LDG teleporter made by izumo for derby)
-Removed demolition derby/trap room, teleporters and static mesh boxes.
-Fixed some actors/static meshes that where not aligned properly.
-Fixed skybox fog color to match the skyzone info in level.

+Obj 2
-obj 2 has been separated from obj one in its own little area.
-added back in banked turns. (Not sure why I cut these out but there back!)
Note: Obj 2 has been twisted turned around in different ways to make it fit. As mentioned before only trial aspect that has been removed is one / out of the ///// jumps before entering the rainbow half pipe.

Things not done:
I did not do the open map concept that was discussed. I decided to let it stay the way it is. Maybe at a later time it can be considered. But for the time being I would prefer it to stay as is. Sorry.

Loadingscreen: @Aza tried to do it myself but I can't modify the layers text. Was hoping it was just text windows but there full on pictures. I have no art skill. But I did manage to make the correct screenshot for you. (1820x1024, FOV 106.) Mind fixing it up for me?
