If you want easily configure and test your phpBB3, you can install WAMP server.
It include : Apache, php and MySql
You can dowload it here :

Okay problem 2. The link's webpage is all in french, which as you might have seen in the french section of the forum - I suck at. I'm gonna need a guide? and also is the program all in french or only the website? :S
