Is there any way to change the configuration of the spotlight in the game, like weapons of unreal 2004 that color and size you can put in the spotlight

Is there any way to change the configuration of the spotlight in the game, like weapons of unreal 2004 that color and size you can put in the spotlight

Spotlight as in the weapon bar? You can press Esc → Settings → "Weapons" tab and then change the color of the HUD, but that never worked on team matches. As far as I know, crosshairs and other weapon attributes (not projectiles or actual weapon appearance) can be customized.
