Re: Ballistic Bro Changelogs Discussion
XMV isn't so bad IMO. Already played months ago with it and I appreciated it. The fact is, you need to press the fire button a little to be ready to kill or have a buddy who can support you until your weapon is ready to fire.
I see much people using it for the moment (sheep mentality or testing the weapon, that's the question) but only few players are able to use it correctly (Aberiu, Greed, Oska when he plays and uses it and maybe 2 more) because of the recoil.
Anyway, I agree with Aberiu about the 2 points.

How exactly does the "Click to Thaw" mechanic work? Is it as simple as it sounds?

You click when you want to thaw upon reaching 100.Ollievrthecool wrote:How exactly does the "Click to Thaw" mechanic work? Is it as simple as it sounds?

The problem is, it doesn't work right now. You click and nothing happens so you just stay frozen.

This is the update the game so badly needed. Now it plays like TAM.

The stealth mechanism certainly flummoxed the AI. Also, I think the balance seems fair between the damage offset and the stealtj mechanism.
The name also reminds me of the lovely CX85.

Is an untextured CX85 supposed to be available on pickup, and on Invasion? Not that I'm complaining, it is my favourite weapon after all! Just hope it makes an eventual return to loadout - the darts would be an excellent countermeasure against stealth.
