New server - System and Plugins
Hey guys.
In this thread, you may participate on the development of the server in terms of suggesting plugins. Keep in mind that we a lot of plugins interfere with each other. We won't be able to use every plugin you want. Discussing them will be neccessary.

several users expressed their wish for an additional creative dimension to test buildings which they want to built in the normal world
Cal asked for the silkspawner plugin which allows to pick up spawners by using a silk touch pickaxe

I suggest to use some kind of protection plugin that allows you to selectively
prevent damage from creepers&lava. Full protection should be enabled on spawn area.
Regular areas can be made not creeper-proof (like now).
I move that spawn area should be made large (for example 400x400 blocks) and nicely decorated.
It current condition is not satisfactory.

- the creative dimension: Honestly I don't see why people would need a creative dimension for testing purposes. This can be done offline.

@ focus: You'll have to come up with a specific protection plugin name. Which one do you have in mind?
@ Calypto: The issue of properties will have to be discussed intensely, because that's likely the only plugin that will not be able to be turnedoff/replaced.
- Colorsignz: Looks good. We'll use it.

Creative dimension on server offers following advantages:
1) You can co-prototype things with other players.
2) You can easily share your drafts and ideas with others. For example, during prototyping of railway tunnel, i made 5 versions of it. Only one went into live. Other four nobody will see. But i think they are worth to be seen by others. Maybe they would be useful.
3) Prototyping online is less boring. You can chat with other players during it, for example. Its good when you spend much time for it.
4) Server will less stay empty. In turn, this will play a role in attracting players here. It is well known, that people on server attract additional people. Promotion in server rankings, also would be useful.
For example, i easily can spend 10 hours prototyping and just 1 hour building. So, the server can stay populated for 11 hours, not just 1.
