I'm trying to install BWPro offline on a new Win 8.1 computer. UT2004 works normally in elevated mode. BW2.5 works normally.
When I'm copying the latest offline version and running the game, I can't access Game Rules tab in Instant Action. I'm getting these error in UT2004.ini (with both BW2.5 and BWPro Offline copied):

UPDATE: Tried the following, didn't work.

Thanks. It's working.
For future reference:
1. Install latest update - v3669.
2. Install UT2004 Mega Bonus Pack.
3. Copy BW v2.5 Complete Pack.
4. Copy BWPro offline version - download from this thread.
5. Run as administrator.
Is it also possible to get an updated offline version? Last one was from March

My job is to make the onslaught of the same quality as ballistic weapons. I am well versed in the effects and make the best possible explosions. Tanks destroyed on the basis of physics and is working as a normal effect. So I take a system of ballistic weapons for a more simplified code for their tanks. So it can be freely used in the network. ballistic weapons + UIP = battlefield onslaught. Thanks for the support.

Sign me up! I love Onslaught and I play offline with BWPro and bots, depends on the map, sometimes it works better and less so. Also you have to set up loadout so bots will carry energy weapons. But they are not smart enough to use them on nodes exclusively

They're smart enough, believe me.
Also, tanks have a system of breaking through. When you hit the impenetrable region may be rebounding and the tank are not damaged. It is made for the ballistic weapons.
