Server move gratitude
The new server is significantly better for latency - I'm now getting a ping of 28 (32 during peak) even on a full server, instead of 40 (48 during peak), and it makes a big difference to the feel and enjoyment.
Most players seem to have had an improvement, depending on their location, and it's now comparable to other UT servers around the EU. It's definitely worth the subscription now.
I do still get an occasional single (1) packet loss, but I can live with that.
So many thanks to db and everyone involved.

Both servers are located in Roubaix. New one has better bandwidth.

Also looks like we're back to normal with the lags
OVH is doing maintenance since 16:00 on their anti-ddos, it's probably the reason of the lags / blackouts.
