What have you done to vorpal? It's now completely useless, 1% chance to avoid defense... That means 1% to instagib?

Vorpal went from "10% chance to deal 20times dmg" to "8% chance to deal 20times dmg" then "ignore defense" (that was awesomely cheat) and now "1% chance to avoid defense"?

You completely destroyed that enchant. Nobody will use it now, even "dmg enchant" is way better.
So what was you objective with it? (btw, i'm not the only one to think that it's useless now)

can't you just pull it back to "X% chance to deal 20times dmg" and just lower the % to 5% ? Instead of completely changing it? At least, damage was based on gun's damage that allowed the player to chose the weapon that he wanted to. Now, with your vorpal, you just have to get the faster shooting rate gun.

When in freon, you think something is bad, you nerf it. You don't reorganize it. Do the same please.

is your % modified by max modifier and +1/+2 modifier ?
