For the purpose of determining whether new loading screens should be 4:3 or 16:9.

If you want to tamper with the layout, don't forget to reset it back later - otherwise it will persist until ut2k4 is restarted and that will look weird if the player joins other server..

That is an fantastic idea.. Lets help the gaming community by convincing them to upgrade to widescreen monitors! It worked for television.
