Sandbag (no S, impossibruuuu)

Hello there.
I am wondering.
What are players gonna do with a single sandbag?
the "1" ammo limit, cannot resupply, cannot spawn with lucky/looter, don't resupply end-wave make it way useless.
The primary use of sandbags is to cover sentinels from frontal shots. (other people can use it in other ways), but this is the primary.
So, can you please do something about it. here is some examples you could do :
- make it as totems/turret/monster, a max limit by 3-4 (and a max limit on the map to avoid 15players with 3-4 sandbags)
- Increase width/ heigh of it
- Give 1 at start, and 1 each wave, to a maximum of 5. (if death, it unspawns)
Also, ballistic RPG tends to be boring without new abilities, are admins able to add some, or is the code of RPG locked?
