Cell phones

Post by reload » Wed 21 May , 2014 7:10 am

Which cell phones do you guys own? I currently have a galaxy s3. I'm generally happy with it, the only problem i've encountered so far is with the battery. It will drain completely in about 5 hours and it gets very hot. Anyone know when the kitkat update comes out? I just recently upgraded to 4.3 so i don't know if I'll actually get it.

There will be no official kitkat for S3 only chance would be a costum rom (cyanogen, etc) http://www.zdnet.com/samsung-confirms-n ... 000029323/

I myself have Motorola Droid MAXX and it has superb battery (3500 mAh, lasts over two days of intense usage).

It lasts more than two days on my S3 with CyanogenMod 11 4.4.2.
If it lasts only 5h you should clear the cache and wipe the Dalvik cache, that helps after an update.
