We have recently been discussing the Phantom for some time and were planning to use it for something completely different. But its original purpose was a good ol' plasma cannon, like Mecha said. Dunno about Photon Cannon replacement. But we definitely haven't forgotten about it.. especially because I like it and bring it up from time to time, heh.

Plasma Cannon needs tweaking to be game viable. It was a fun weapon to use.

as I remember, the plasma Cannons were in KS3 but KS3 was removed due to only 7.xx skill players getting ks3.

Please dont do that. Its still a great weapon and some players are havin fun while using it, dont take their toy away. If hmc became less useful in freon, in DM its a mint. I dont see a reason to remove it - balance is ok and its not a kind of weapon for everybody, removal would just decrease a variety of choices, which is still the main reason why BW is so great.)

This right here is a major reason for removing the HMC. It would free up like 10mb and its functionality is/will be shifted over to other weapons in a way less game breaking manner. Le Big XOXO already has superior healing beam + team mate lockon, the Bloodhound and MRS138 both have lock-on speed reductions that offer some of the utility of the push/pull and we have another gun in the works to pull enemies towards you or you towards enemies.

Plus some of its other functions are very likely the return in future guns without having to take a huge 10mb for a single gun.

I like HMC too... wish I could vote... Isn't there any other way to reduce the size?
