the x8 knife can only be reloaded by right clicking, not the reload button

Knives are sometimes all lost on death, under Freon only.

Might be a case of the ammo being purged before the weapon. This *should* never happen. I'll have to log it.

Further to this bug:
* The knife icon is still shown, even though there are 0 knives available
* You start getting 1 knife back for every subsequent kill, which mitigates the problem slightly
