UT2K4 problem - friend of mine

Hi there !
A friend of mine wanted to try UT2K4 but unfortunately, he has a problem when he launchs the game:

I don't really know how he can fix that so I thought you could help. He says his graphic card drivers are update.

Edit: I forget something ~> He's on windows 10. I tried to check on my laptop if I had the same issue but no.

They have a problem with the renderer: they are most likely on Windows 10.
