Please help, I recently installed Windows 10 on my PC and now UT2004 won't work when I load it up, it comes up with a message saying
"UT2004 Build UT2004_Build_[2005-11-23_16.22]

OS: Windows NT 6.2 (Build: 9200)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 1398 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: Intel(R) HD Graphics (4256)

LockRect failed: D3DERR_DEVICELOST

History: UD3DRenderDevice::ReadPixels <- UD3DRenderDevice::Present <- UGameEngine::Draw <- UWindowsViewport::Repaint <- UWindowsClient::Tick <- ClientTick <- UGameEngine::Tick <- Level Untitled <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Realloc <- 10910191 0 FArray <- FArray::Realloc <- 0*2 <- FMallocWindows::Free"

Apparently I need to go into the ini file and change the "ReduceMouseLag=True" to "ReduceMouseLag=False" but I can't find this statement anywhere in the user ini, please help (I'm missing Oldztyle weekend0
