I'm trying to understand the rules more, in an effort to stop getting banned, so was wondering why talking in a foreign language in the chat is automatically eligible for a ban? Surely anyone should be allowed to use whatever language they choose, for any reasons such as their partial inability to talk French/English.

You get muted, not banned for foreign language, if you however keep breaking the rule or insult admin, then you get banned. If you speak with admin that speaks that language I think it should be allowed as long as you dont talk racist shit or insult other admins.

Because of language rules. For example, a player could spend hours typing racist or sexist remarks in Swahili and would not get punished, because none of us speak Swahili. It's easier, and fairer to all players, to limit the languages spoken to English and French, and if certain players don't like this then they can find another server.

Apparently Ryry does, but fails to understand even the basic ones.

No, officially it's only English and French.
