Use only maps with [REV] in their filename (most of them do by now). Some maps have other dependencies, you'll have to extract them all.

Anyway "Failed to enter C:\Program Files\UT2004\Maps\AS-PharaohRaceway.ut2: Can't find file for package 'WepBalance'" is a bug to be fixed.

Nah, those mostly old versions (except DR2 which was not yet converted). Derby is "RACE-Derby[I3][REV]", Scorp race is "RACE-ScorpionRace[Unarmed][REV]", storm race is "RACE-DB-StormRace[REV]".

Yayy I can now get almost all of the [REV] maps working, a couple though are a bit odd, like blazing arena, where the strange semi transparent scorpions just don't rezz, they try too but never appear, I think the crazy race ones too are the same, any idea how I can get those to work, and lolcar race ones too just don't materialise.

Ah, not all races will work offline, as newest Nitro Vehicles 8 Patch 14 doesn't support offline mode. The following things will not work - as they came in Patch 14:

A) Trial maps (Blazing, Wicked Sick Race)
B) Lolcars
C) Multifire scorpions

Trial maps require the map to be edited in the editor. For the other two, use cheat commands to summon yourself another vehicle (play as red, open console, type "summon #VehicleClass", where vehicle class is what you see next to "TypeClass=" in the LDGObjects.ini file (in System directory or see first post) ).

Any way for us to get support for offline venom/Havoc/newer version of nitro vehicles that supports scorp jump?

Lately I have been having to wait till I see map on server before knowing if an idea is going to work or not. Granted yes you can still summon said vehicles and make it work but it would be very helpful from a mappers standpoint to have a working offline version. New content is being made more frequent as of late and it would be nice to have ability for mappers/beta testers to be able to test offline with the same standards that are going to be present online.

Perfect example: In sl topia rev I was unable to determine just how much room to give for the venom/havoc's until it went online. This caused half the vehicles to be stuck in bsp. I still don't know exactly how much room to give for them. I'll have to guess and hope I give enough and not to much.

This is nit picky.. I know but.. I have a feeling this is going to become a very annoying problem with future more creative maps.

Got bored and figured I would make an updated config settings how to for latest editions to LDG vehicles
