Crash
Hey guys I have my own server, home hosted of coarse, No one will talk me into buying a server ether, but whenever i try to start it i click on a gametype and i get a crash: UT2004 Build UT2004_Build_[2005-11-23_16.22]
OS: Windows NT 6.1 (Build: 7601)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2096 MHz with 4095MB RAM
Video: AMD Radeon HD 6530D Graphics (1083)
General protection fault!

Think I've found your problem.CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor
But seriously, when it crashes, go to your UT2004 log file in the system folder. Go to the bottom, and copy paste the parts with "Critical:", since I believe this is the part what will help you fix it.
