I'm basing it on your argument of mines being unfair and bannable on ladders, in the scenario there is no other way around.

Deploying at a chokepoint with no other access, by your example, is easy and the reward does not match the skill. You can not get behind a deployed player if there is only one entry.

If a map contains a chokepoint with no other access, then you've voted a shitmap. Deploying on a ladder itself is already banned.
