Re: im banned
Umm, releasing the gun for a few secs, running around and then getting back to the gun? Easy. Besides all the kills by deployed guns fulfill a) as you said it, because of the damage reduction and the more firepower compensate that you're static and thus you get much more for less skill.

If you try to game the anticamp by doing that, you offer a window of opportunity to the enemy. In practice it's always a free kill to get behind a deployed player in any case.

Nah, he's (the deployed player) faster than you.

I'm basing it on your argument of mines being unfair and bannable on ladders, in the scenario there is no other way around.Azarael wrote:If you try to game the anticamp by doing that, you offer a window of opportunity to the enemy. Deploying at a chokepoint with no other access, by your example, is easy and the reward does not match the skill. You can not get behind a deployed player if there is only one entry.

Re: im banned
If a map contains a chokepoint with no other access, then you've voted a shitmap. Deploying on a ladder itself is already banned.
