BW coding for Balance
Hi guys, for this I'm using Notepad++. Just a few questions.
1: How do I change the amount of ammo that is inside a gun?
2: How do I change the angle of a Sight/Scope when I view through it?
3: How do I add a weapon firemode to a weapon? [EG. I want to add Burst Fire to my AK-470 and to my P90.

Well then I direct you to learn some basics in UnrealScript. There is no magic wand, unless you consider paying 200E to Azareal and make him that magic wand

Everything on basic UnrealScript and examples of code are on that wiki site. Start small and if you put enough time into it, you'll start to pick it up.
You're not going to go from zero experience to coding new weapons overnight.
If you have patience, you'll get there.
